Established in 2019 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Aerospace Defense Security Representation LLC (ADAS) is a strategic business and institutional partner specializing in the development of high-level partnerships between government, industry, international organizations, investors and leading global companies.
ADAS was established with a clear objective: to go beyond conventional market representation by creating the conditions for international expertise, technologies and investment to become sustainable, locally rooted capabilities.
We support selected international partners throughout the complete development journey, from understanding the UAE market and engaging relevant stakeholders to strategic business development, government relations, partnership structuring, PPPs, Joint Ventures, localization, technology transfer, investment and the establishment of local operations.
Our activities span strategic sectors including aerospace and aviation, defense and security, civil defense, CBRN, emergency preparedness and response, advanced technologies, strategic investment and selected acquisition opportunities.
ADAS also supports qualified investors and strategic partners in identifying and developing selected corporate, industrial and high-value real estate acquisition opportunities where international expertise, capital and UAE market potential can create sustainable long-term value.
At the center of our model is localization. Through technology and knowledge transfer, local capacity building, specialized training and international collaboration, ADAS supports In-Country Value (ICV) and the development of capabilities aligned with the UAE’s long-term economic and industrial ambitions.
As a Strategic Partner of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, ADAS is also actively engaged in initiatives supporting advanced emergency preparedness, international cooperation, knowledge transfer and operational capability development.
Through ADAS Institute, our specialized training and capability-development arm, we extend this commitment into professional education across aviation and aerospace, defense and security, civil defense, CBRN, emergency response, search and rescue, crisis management and other specialized operational disciplines.
